I owned a condo out of state that I rented out for several years - not realizing the person living there was a hoarder!  Needless to say, after he moved out the place was trashed!  I called 3 different companies to give me a bid- one of them was Kellington Remodeling & Restoration - who i ended up choosing.  i Worked with Chuck over the phone explaining i was down in Phoenix (the condo was up in MN) and i needed the place remodeled - but didn’t really know how to go about it long distance.  Chuck assured me it would all work out - and he was right - it did!!  I am so glad that i chose Kellington!  Working with Chuck and his sons Ryan and Chad was awesome!!  They also remodeled a townhouse that i purchased later...both places turned out beautiful - the work they do is immaculate!  Not only are they perfectionists, they are neat and tidy -  I never came home to a mess!!!  I am so glad I choose the right company!  I would highly recommend them!!  Thank you Chuck, Ryan and Chad!!!  You guys are awesome!!👍👍
